No I'm serious about the Yanks being involved Sabes. Yes I think Rafa should have had a heart to heart, face to face, head to head, man to man with Xabi so to speak (I can't think of any more cliche's sorry

As for Barry's position LFC, if Xabi was sold I'm fairly certain rafa saw him as a straight swap. If Xabi stays and we still sign him, then he'll play wide left. I do though share John Craigs concerns about this scenario. Sometimes with rafa I get the distinct impression that the less "options" and "possibilities" he has to consider, the better it is for all concerned.
