No I dont think your an alter ego, I was just wondering thats all no harm in asking.

As usual though the 'thought police' and Mr Peel himself come up with their own conclusions.

:D , too many people playing detective .
Been a fan of keane since he was at leeds , tidy player who's work rate is excellent and he also gets the goal , has the passion to play for this club and i wish him all the best . Come on Robbie lad , win us that number 19th

In 200 odd appearances for for Spurs Saint he scored 100 odd goals.

Obviously dont know the exact amount  :D

Thats not a bad ratio in my book, look at the V-man and Kuyt for examples of bad ratios.

My post wasn't intended to try to "prove" Keane is not a good player Bamaga,  because I think he is. I was trying to show why I don't think he is as good as a creative second striker as he is as an out and out striker.

I don't know which and what role he will be given by Rafa, I just think that as an out and out striker he is proven over many years, as a creative second striker he still has it all to prove (to me, in my opinion....... and all other exemptions qualifications and and reservations not withstanding) that is not to say he can't play creative second striker, just that (again in my opinion) he hasn't really played that role for a long time.

Talk about thought police !!!!!   :D

Dont think just the purchase of Keane will help us get No 19 but one more signing would certianly get us closer

I'm very excited about Keane signing for us...i'm Irish myself and have always kept an eye on Robbie. He is a very consistent player. His scoring record for Tottenham has been very consistent. I think he can offer a great partnership with Torres as well as excellent cover. He is great at linking up with people as well so i can see him forging a solid partnership with Gerrard. The one thing that really bothers me is that Rafa said he can play on the right as well  i hate when this happens - Diouf, Cisse, Kuyt, Bellamy have all been deployed to the right but i guess at the end of the day its whats best for the team

Keane did well tonight - that chance where he put two defenders on thier backsides was very good - shame he just scooped over the bar - but for someone who has prob trained once or twice with the team he linke dup well and was very promising .

You sure those stats are only Premier League, last time I checked he had 15 goals as did Berbatov. Maybe you've just accidentally labelled it and it looks like those are only Prem goals.

Be careful about posting stats, some ponces around here don't like it (you'll get away with that one because it's stats people WANT to read and believe in)
