The film I was looking for is called When A Stranger Calls by all accounts.

It's said Wes Craven ripped the opening of this film off when he made Scream.

To be safe, I'm going to give it a miss Saint.  Can't watch anything like that.  I'm even talking that scene in There's Something About Mary.  First saw that when I was about 20 years old.  Eight years on and I love that film so much I can watch it any time willy-nilly ( :D ).

Except for the zipper scene.  Have to look away or even skip through it...

I would definately give it a miss then mate, she has teeth down below (apparantly its a common phobia among men :D ) and when she is abused takes her own form of revenge. Not one for you to watch John.

Finally got a good copy of National Treasure Book of Secrets. I really enjoyed it, if you can overlook the obvious flaws its a good story and well worth seeing. 7/10  Would be 8/10 but its a bit too predictable.

Got a copy of Iron Man. It's not gonna win any oscars but it's certainly good fun.

Robert Downey jnr as Tony Stark (iron man) probably the best superhero so far.  :)

Recently seen :

The take .... Its okay worth watching 6/10

Anamorphisis .. With Willem Dafoe, pretty good worth a download. 7/10

Street Kings ... K. Reeves and Forrest Whitaker. Again worth  a download, it was good but I expected a little more. 7/10

An American crime .... Worth a watch on a rainy day, true story, seen something similar before 6/10

Goldern Compass ... Not my cuppa tea, 5/10. Worth a watch if your twelve, although Nicole Kidman looks trim in it.

The Mist .... I liked this, well worth a watch, bit far fetched but entertaining enough 8/10.

Seen a great movie about Iraq called "Battle for Haditha"

Its a true story based about Marines that are attacked by a roadside bomb. Then well basically they murdered a lot of innocent Iraqis in revenge.
Good movie and a bit sad too!

The Eye - Thought it was good. A few jumpy bits and a good story to it..... 7/10

The Mist - I love SK's books so I always make a point of watching the films. Loved this movie, but the ending was not what I expected. Worth a look.... 9/10

The Number 23 - Its the first time I have seen Jim Carrey in a straight role and I must say I was impressed. Very good film with a good story to it. 8/10

Doomsday - (A lethal virus spreads throughout the British isles, infecting millions and killing hundreds of thousands. To contain the threat, acting authorities brutally quarantine the country as it succumbs to fear and chaos. The quarantine is successful. Three decades later, the Reaper virus violently resurfaces in a major city. An elite group of specialists, including Eden Sinclair, is urgently dispatched into the still-quarantined country to retrieve a cure by any means necessary. Shut off from the rest of the world, the unit must battle through a landscape that has become a waking nightmare.) I just put this film on as there was nothing on the telly and I'm glad I did. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Well worth a look... 9/10

Oh yes. Doomsday that was pretty good and entertaining enough, dont believe Britain can be saved by a single woman though :D  and she joins those bunch of neanderthals at the end ??? 7/10

One missed call, worth a watch to 7/10

Untracable ... This was a pretty good one where the murderer streamed his murders live over the internet. 8/10.
