United 2-0 up. Rooney is being rested for the game on Sunday and it looks like Ronaldo will be coming off sometime in the second half to be rested for us on Sunday.

Unfortunatley it looks like there is no chance of United losing this game.

Anyone who expected Bolton to get anything at United is insane.  They are an absolutely sh!t team, hope they get relegated.

Looks like this game is a cracker.

If Spurs can hold out, then Chelsea dropping points is good news for Liverpool.

FFS, Berbatov could have won it for Spurs with the last kick of the game.  Goal at his mercy and only the keeper to beat but Cudacini got a hand to it.  Still, the draw's a good result for us.

How is a draw a good result for us, it puts them an extra point ahead, that's not good as far as I'm concerned and yet again we're looking for other teams to bail us out.
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

It's a shame Berbatov couldn't finish it off, great game.

FFS, don't be such a plank.  A draw's a good result given that Chelsea were a few minutes short of taking all 3 points.  And quit being so cute with this 'other teams bailing us out' nonsense.  You don't think Arsenal and the Mancs were applauding the Spurs result too?  Of course they were because even teams at the top of the table rely on other results.  You sure weren't poo-pooing all the points Arsenal have dropped of late when you suggested in the other thread we still have a chance to win the title.  You don't half talk out of both sides of your mouth. :no

we're still looking for other sides to bail us out bob. if we'd done our own side of the bargain earlier in the season then when Arsenal were dropping points now would mean we'd be even further ahead but because of us dropping points on a regular basis this season, means that even with Arsenal dropping six points in their last nine, we're still eight behind. so we're hoping for other teams to bail us out.

and I'm sure Arsenal and United were cheering for Spurs, as was I, but it's still not a good result because they've still moved further ahead. It may be only one ahead instead of three, but it's still a point we have to regain on them so it's not a good result.

you always want your rivals to lose games its not about other teams bailing us out

yes. they've needed arsenal to drop points to help them to get top of the league. every club is looking for someone else to bail them out, just some need others to bail them out a bit more often.

We need Arsenal to drop alot more points than United need Arsenal to.
