A pay cut is a pay cut, yes he's still rich but it's the principle, it means he isn't completely mercenary and I liek to see that.

I also have a good feeling, now lets get a left defender and right winger and I'll be very very happy indeed.

£20 million, are they counting the income from the Garcia deal in that, bringing the price down.

Or is that completely separate.

all reports suggest that the garcia deal is not linked in anyway to this deal.

3.5 more than bent seems like a great deal to me
