What a pile of that is. The famous number 9 shirt belongs to Everton - the first famous number 9 was Dixie Dean in the 1933 Cup Final.

£20m (or £16m + garcia, whichever way you wanna look at it) is a good piece of business for a player of his reputation & calibre. gillet & hicks won't be messed with by the looks of it. just what we need - rock hard businessmen at the helm

It certainly does look good business when you factor in Garcia's transfer. £16m net on a 23 year old player who had a £27m buy out clause and a player the big guns of europe have been trailing for many years is looking better and better.

I had my doubts when his name was first linked to us and at near £30m had me

but I'm a much happier bunny now and can't wait to see him play.
