I Love Liverpool, that's all. Nothing else matters. Barça effect remembers those boys band. To win de spanish league is piece of cake.

But lets be honest when it was our match we had 2 good goals wrongley ruled out. The refereing in that final against Sao Paolo was of an atrocious level that done nothing but to drag the name of Fifa and that fat c.unt Sepp Blatter further down the mud.

On the bright side though its another match Rafa can use to orchestrate how to beat Barca  :D

Personally i think they're a waste of time...and energy.

I know i cant understand how seriously the South Americans take it. I mean we only play 2 matches and one of them is bound to be less exhilirating than a low league team.

There is notjhing wrong with a bit of banter but please dont start making insults aimed towards such topics such as Heysel. Its derogatory and sick and has no room on here.

Long long time since I last posted here...well, I know Real Madrid fans are not really loved here but I hope you can see I´m a LFC fan too and, in Feb I think I will be supporting u more than ever. Of course Barça is a great team, doing great football but teams like Sevilla or Real have shown that they are not unbeatable, and, although some stupid Barça fans are trying to say that it doesn´t count...I think Anfield atmosphere will make them shhit in their shorts (can u imagine how ugly a Puyol shhit has to be?? yuk!)

Barcelona had some weak points like Oleguer last year. They fixed this but still have other weak points like Motta, who's questioned by many Barcelona supporters.

If you sit deep against them, you're done. You can't do that. Teams that actually made Barcelona struggle had a very advanced defence, and very narrow, closing the interior passes. Giuly is more dangerous in that interior passes rather than the wing, which you can offer it to him. With Messi on the pitch though, that will change :(

Anyway, I think it's a good idea to press well up in the pitch, forget about Motta he marks himself, and force Deco and Xabi to get the ball in their own side. If you stop them, Ronaldinho and Etoo won't get enough service. I couldn't árse to watch Barcelona too much until now, but I'll keep an eye on their games and forums now. Spying the enemy camp ;)

This is for information. Since the guests we have from Barcelona do talk nothing about football and they show Ronaldinho photos because that's just what they do, I will have to go the enemy camp to actually bring them some footie info. You seem unable to do that.

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly are you doing here, you tool? :D

the only way to get under barca skins is to play high tempo football and get in their faces.
players such as ronnaldinho and deco do not like these tactics. they become frustrated and lazy.

going in with negative tactics with a containing appproach and we will be ripped apart (case in point, werder bremen ) If we can get back to anfield with 0-0 or even 1 goal behind ,it would be a good result considering their record at the nou camp. i do feel however that we will need an away goal. i would possibly play

                                           Reina

              Finnan       Carra               Agger         Riise
                                Sissoko    Alonso

             Pennant/Garcia     Gerrard            Gonzalez/Kewell

                                       Kuyt
"A lot of football success is in the mind. you must believe that you are the best and then make sure you are.in my time at liverpool we always said we had the best two teams in mersyside, Liverpool and Liverpool reserves"  - Bill Shankly
