This is the best time to beat them. Losing Bridge and Robben have already affected the team and to push it in while they are having doubt among themselves will cap a perfect for the Reds.

While we are not exactly playing champagne football all season but I can see Rafa is building an effective team based on solid work ethics with a good dose of skills thrown in. Midweek's win against Laverkusen will surely give us a good boost going to Cardiff plus a pumped up Gerrard and Dudek wanting to prove the critics wrong...so c'mon you reds!!!

Anyone want to take a guess what Maurinho will moan about this Sunday after we carry the trophy back to Anfield?

Baros may want to prove the critics wrong also after CL performance........ :D

C'mon MILAN!

Be nice to see MILAN get two 1-0 victories this week !!      :p
Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

Gallas is a doubt, and I dont think he will risk him, he will be a bit worried with the scum winning last night, Mourinho wants the prem they havent won it for 50 years, I think that will be his main objective, I dont thinks hes a bit interested in the Carling Cup.

Just hope our lads dont have the BS lead of 8 points over us on there minds.

We have twice previously faced Chelsea on this day in history, losing on both occasions. We lost an FA Cup Sixth Round tie 2-0 at Anfield in 1932, while Michael Owen grabbed the consolation in our 2-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge in a Premiership meeting six years ago today.

Won't happen today!
