so Kenny stays, but we hire someone else to do his job for him?   

Kenny is only still in charge because he's trading off his past glories, and that's a very dangerous road to travel down.  He has to go and we have to bring in someone who can rebuild the mess he's created.

If someone else comes in and Liverpool are 6th or 7th with 10 games to go next season are you saying you won't call for them to go as well?

If the club follows this approach we'll just become like Chelsea knee jerk decisions won't solve this.

we bring in a PROVEN top class manager, not a guy from our past who's been out of the modern game for more than a decade.

Kenny's a LFC legend, but he's NOT a great manager anymore. His approach is prehistoric (our training consists of 5-a-side matches) and his in-game decisions slow. Ask yourself, why was Kenny out of the game so long?  was it because he was still considered a top draw manager?  No, it was because he had been sacked from Newcastle and Celtic...he's made the same mistakes at Liverpool, and the longer he stays at thehelm the more damage he'll do to his reputation with the fans who don't remember his time as player and manager in the 70s and 80s.

Kenny has to do the right thing and step down, otherwise he'll be forced out of LFC for good.

yes its not that bad, west brom are 2-1 down so our 9th place is safe.

Yes its probably not going to be this easy to get back into the top 4 next season.

I think we should focus more on trying to get back into the top six next season and then focus on getting into the top four the season after that (if we clinch a top six spot next season). It has to be small steps of progression going forwards. As we see from this season, we definitely need better option. I would be grateful if KK will step down as manager. In the beginning when KK took over, the players were running on adrenaline but as time goes by, the effect wore off and when we hit the bump, KK was not able to recover as he lacks the modern days managerial skill. Things just got worse from then on and ending up where we are today. Maybe we should hire pardew as manager as their style of football is really not bad.

you're right, lets stick with a guy who has been out of top flight football for over a decade and has been sacked from his last two jobs.

But if KK wants another year....then i hope he gets it. I still think he is an awesome motivator. He just falls a little short on tactics, match prepareness and substituitions. A carlos quiroz like Assistant manager is we we need. Just get rid of steve clarke or move him down as a defensive coach
