how do we know if he can turn it around if we don't give him the chance? honestly, the guy has been the full time manager for less than a year and already some of our fans want him sacked. we may as well be chelsea ffs. it's embarassing.
Because he has been out of the game (as a manager) for over 10 years?
Because his signings have been AWFUL, AWFUL wastes of money.
Because his tactics and man-management appear (to any clued in fan) be very, very out-dated.
Because he STILL hasn't come out and said anything about the shambolic run of results we have had.
Embarassing? The only thing I see embarassing is people's stance on this.
One set of standards for Rafa / Woy of the Wodgers and another for Kenny.
We are playing with absoulately no heart, no soul and no character. As a fan you CAN NOT hide your head in the sand, things need to be said.........

I don't actually know what you mean by this? Are you saying the players we have purchased this season are good enough OR will be good enough? You are having a laugh aren't you mate? Surely you aren't being serious! Of all the players we have signed only Enrique is good enough to be play for our club. Granted that Henderson is young, we can hold on to him but the others aren't good enough NOR will they ever good enough..........

Mate, where do I start? We have spent more money then the four teams behind us in the table COMBINED! Yet these guys are 2 to 3 points a drift of us.......Embarassing mate, simply embarassing that you are waving away 100 MILLION like there is nothing wrong and defending this nonsense. We spent that money to compete for 4th and to be competitive in the years to come. We won't get fourth this year and the squad we have a light years away from Manure the Red and Manure the Blue, Chelsea need a clear out but we can't expect them to drop off, Roman will spend the cash just like has in the past to get them back in contention next season, Tottenham and Arsenal have spent less money then us and sit 5 wins clear of us! As for the Man City example sure they didn't get fourth in their first season, but they built a platform, to challenge for CL EVERY season, to challenge for the premiership EVERY season AND the ones to follow. We don't even have a platform to challenge for 4th next season with the squad we have, do we?

As do I and the people that politely disgree with your opinions.

I really hate this view, I have heard you sprout it and Benny sprout it time and time again. Do you honestly think that Liverpool fans "enjoy" slating our own club, players and managers for "fun"? Are we a bunch of self-deprecating muppets that we pay $65 a month to watch our side, get up at 2am in the morning (like I do) and get beaten by the likes of Wigan, QPR, etc and not have anything bad or critical to say? Mate take your hand of the crank shaft, cos it is getting a bit old and thin now........

The universal view is that the manager brought these players in, they haven't performed and he hasn't done anything to MAKE THEM perform. To sit on the fence and SLATE ONLY the players and not the manager is beyond comprehension. Especially when we know most of them are dogs**t and can't perform to the standards we expect them to.......
