Why not.If we keep playing like we are i cant see anyone beating us.We just beat the champions. We have a watgertight defence again and we are very good in midfield/ in the attacking third.Wigan west ham United. If we get all 9 points there then we should be right on track.

One game at a time though, lets thrash wigan on saturday, hope spurs or chelsea slip. Then look at the table again and take the next game.We need to get n tpo 5th first

Its a great credit to kenny that we're even discussing the idea of 4th.  For awhile id forgotten what it felt like to win under the previous regime.  TBH, im just enjoying winning a few football matches and signing 2 quality players and hopefully more in the summer.

However, we're still very much a team in transition and I really doubt we'll be consistent enough to keep winning matches until May.

I just hope we can finish as high as possible and maybe bag the Europa League.  With a few signings in the summer we can have a real go next year.

Why not, were playing brilliant football and look like we are capable of beating anyone, plus the next two games are against two struggling teams. Spurs are due a bad run and Chelsea have been getting worst as the season progresses (probally the age of the squad coming into play) When you think how close we are to 4th spot and you consider how badly weve been this season and how good Spurs have been, then the fact that now were back to winning games consistently should scare the life out of the other teams chasing 4th.

I think well win the Europa and just pip Spurs to 4th YNWA :blues:

To be 6th at this point with what weve been through is a minor miracle

without a centre forward?  ???

I thought that. Torres hit 9 league goals before he left us, 5 more than anyone else in our squad

Hence the "virtually"

Playing "Brilliant" football....Someone has been going through the whisky cabinet  :D

I would say we have stablizied our ranks ,our defence looks more solide and the tactics Kenny is deploying so far are working ,but we are a way off playing Brilliant ,and we won't play as such as long as we don't insert more talented players. I would settle for a Europa cup title as the the 4th seems an unrealistic target.

Yes , definitely possible . There have been some strange results in the league .

As long as we believe and we keep playing as a team , anything is possible.

Also , do not underestimate the role Steve Clarke has in our resurgence.

It will be difficult but possible if Chel and Spurs start to drop points and we pick up most of the points on offer till May. But it will be tough. The 4th spot is a 3 horse race (Chelsea, Spurs, Pool) or should I say 2 horse race between chel and spurs and in the event we don't make it, I want Spurs to qualify for CL so that our friend Fernando will regret joining his 'Big' club.

Come on King Kenny, let's get the squad fire up and continue to win win win....... as many games as possible.

Imagine if we finish 4th & knock Chelsea out of a top 4 spot in the process! That would surely make up for 2 years of constant s.*i*e football.

It is a real possibility IMO. Drogba had said their team's morale is very low. And now Roman Abramovich bought Torres for 50 million and Ancelotti has to find a way to fit him in his team. I think this will really disrupt their way of playing. IMO Ancelotti got his tactics spot on last year and Anelka had a career revival... now he has buckled to Roman's request and this might just screw up his team formation.

look at 5th place, spurs have a game in hand on us and looking at the games they have left i can only see free games they might not win.
