This has probably already been suggested but the appointment of Commolli + the apparent scouting activity in France.
Didier Deschamps would be a good shout to replace Roy should things not work out for the current boss! If we are going try and tap into the best of the French league then a Commolli/Deschamps double act may allow that to happen.
