your right to question others on here with your post about shelvey.
please folks calm down about the lad, cause i fear he will crumble under the same pressure & hype that has surrounded others like pacheo & spearing,if he is put on a pedastool to early in his Liverpool career he could fall short of expectations put on him.
i sincerly hope he becomes a great addition to our sqaud, but let him learn the Liverpool way first. the best example for me in this respect was Gary Gilespie, he spent nearly 5 years in the ressie's before establishing himself into not just a first team regular, but a cult hero! i really think that their is far too much pressure on the young lads these days that when they our given a chance to shine, they fail big time & after wednesday night, if anyone read my post after the northampton game will see why i'm reacting to this the way i am. i for one won't get carried away with his performance,i wish the lad well but will stay realistic, wednesday night worried me & still does in that our lack of strength in depth is a real issue.
