The rumour about the 16 year old getting pregnant, and there being a gagging order has now be turned into....
Gerrard has got his Mrs' sister pregnant. All the England squad know about it. Terry is fuming that SG wasn't stripped of the captaincy. He wanted to make the issue public in the press conference, but Capello demanded he keep it shut.
Half the squad support Gerrard, others back Terry.
Apparently this is all going to come out in 2 weeks.
you couldn't make it up.
Don't shoot me for posting that.
disharmony in the England camp was down to Terry. he tried to over rule Gerrard all the time he was out there. Terry and Rooney had a big bust up over it and some say Rooney hit Terry.
Rooney was on Gerrards side all the time, Terry tried to get the team to play the long ball to Rooney all the time but the idea was to build up from the back, this worked well over the last two years.
Rooney had been told to hlod back for the ball (like when he plays for man u) Rooney picked up that Terry was often going missing from his post during the warm up games and the first game (happend all the time in the last game) He tried to talk to terry but it did not work out, Terry had 3 other players on his side (no names).
Rooney is said to have been under a lot of stress from Terry almost picked on by him.....then he snapped.

I like this bit. If I was Torres I'd be thinking that Roy sounds like a top bloke. No histrionics, no demands, no panicking, no "I'm the boss so I'm going to sort it", just good old fashioned common sense.
"Have your holiday mate and we'll have a chat when you get back" sounds like the right approach to me. In the meantime, let Stevie and Carra get in touch on the mobiles and tell him what a great fella Roy is.
The more I see of the way Roy conducts himself, the more I like him. Very Liverpool.

The 62-year-old met the England midfielder and vice-captain Jamie Carragher on his first day at the club and despite concern over Gerrard's future Hodgson said the player did not even raise the issue.
"Obviously Steven and Jamie are the playing heartbeat of the club and it's very important we keep people like that with us," he said.
"I anticipate there might be a situation where other big clubs will try to sign Steven but he gave no indication that he wanted to leave."
Hodgson told LFC Weekly: "Nobody at the club wants him to go so I will be doing my utmost to make sure he stays. I am confident he will."
Hodgson has not yet had a chance to meet striker Fernando Torres, who is also being linked with a number of top European clubs, because he is still on duty with World Cup finalists Spain.
However, the Englishman remains optimistic he can convince the 26-year-old that things will improve at Anfield and he can achieve his ambitions with the Merseysiders.
"Fernando is a wonderful striker and I understand the fans' concerns about his future," said the former Fulham boss.

"If he sees progress I am confident that he won't want to go anywhere else. I think he understands the club and the city."
Roy is a man of honour.. I have confidence in him

Wasn't too happy with Roy's appointment but he does seem to be conducting himself very well and saying all the right things. Each statement he makes wins me over a little more.
The final hurdle? The loudest talking will have to be done on the pitch.
