Look guys, we have been transformed under Kenny, no one is doubting that. But lets not forget we have a long way to go before we can compete for top honors again and today is one of those days which demonstrates that.

Even if Gomez had played we would have struggled to knock one in today. Very flat. Spurs havent been anything special but havent needed to be. Cant say we have had one who has played up to a decent level and you cant pick up points like that.

There's no doubt that we haven't deserved anything, but if it's 1-0 we have a much better chance than 2-0.  It's a moral and momentum thing.. We had control and they scored against the grain.  You could see how it affected us for the next 15 minutes until we started taking control again.

Carrol has played quite awful today. Good to see Jonjo takes no prisoners.

Just a bad day at the office mate, nothing else, Tottenham are up for it more than us.

We had our fair share of decisions go our way so I'm not going to complain or blame the ref.

Thanks Carroll... First real shot on target today.  Only took us the whole game to get it!

We look more of a threat with Suarez/Kuyt than Suarez/Carroll.

Oh well, being 6th has its advantages this time round.  Do Spurs next year.

Agreed, i was concerned Carroll would hinder the momentum going into this game  :(
