C Palace Vs Liverpool  31/03  12:30

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby redshade » Thu Mar 29, 2018 5:15 pm

Finally back to REAL football after the boring international break.

We are first on the board and face Hodgsons Palace. Their positive is that Zaha will be back so our lads must keep it solid at the back.
However their defense is poor so we should beat them.

Due to playing early if we win we can go 2nd above mannure by a point but they could overtake us by evening. They also have a game in hand aswel.

We could be 5 points ahead of Spurs and 10 ahead of Chelsea who play each other on Sunday. Both also got a game in hand aswel.

People have said that this is a tricky away fixture. I don't agree. I think we will spank this lot, by at least 0-3.

Happy Dayzz :p

Palace could cause us problems with their very compact pitch...Hopefully Zaha will be out..Always regarded him an  X factor player ,you never know what you are going to get out of him..

Jürgen Klopp's pre Crystal Palace press conference. Starts at 9.55. Klopp confirms that Clyne is available to be in the squad which is good news although I'm not sure he'd be ready to be chucked in against Man City. Also confirmed that Gomez is only going to miss a few games.

Gomez is going to be out for 3 or 4 weeks mate, Can is going to miss the Palace game as well but he should be fit for Wednesday.
Palace have got the likes of Zaha and Sakho back now so they will be tough to beat on their own patch.
Hopefully Jurgen will take the opportunity to give Clyne a run out because I'm not sure my nerves could take 90 minutes of Sane running at Trent on Wednesday, Rashford gave him the runaround and Sane is a better player than him.

Lol. At Selhurst Park this season Tottenham, Man Utd and Arsenal have only managed to escape with victories by 1 goal, Man City were held to a goal less draw, and Chelsea lost 2-1. But we're expected to roll them over. OK fellas.

:nod ,

On paper we should win but let's not forget Palace are now fighting for premiership survival

I hope the team don't show the complacency exhibited by some fans. We're gonna have to turn up for this one, despite their league position Palace at their place are not pushovers.

Well I for one don't feel very optimistic about this one at all. First match after an international break, playing away against a team that does well against the bigger sides. It has all the ingredients to be "one of those games".

Plus Zaha starts and Trent is at fullback, you can bet your bottom dollar that Palace will be targeting the lad, big test for him today.

Our team - Karius, Trent, Matip, VVD, Robertson, Milner, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Mane, Salah, Firmino

Overall we always have tough games at Palace and I dont expect an easy ride today.

Be a big test defensively and for Karius.

I said
On paper we should win

But, having a look at Palace's line up today, they've got Saha, Benteke , Cabye and Sakho !

There's quality there !

Were in for a battle here.
