LIVERPOOL v Crystal Palace Sun 8th Nov

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby ycsatbjywtbiastkamb » Sat Nov 07, 2015 5:03 pm

4 o clock kick off for this one.
Palace took us the cleaners 3-1 in this fixture last year and in truth the scoreline could have been even worse because they hit the bar and had a stonewall pen turned down as well so if our players have got anything about them they'll be wanting to put the record straight tomorrow.
With Spurs and Arsenal playing each other tomorrow (and as I write United, Leicester and Everton all drawing at HT) this could be a big opportunity for us to make up some ground on the clubs above us, yes I know we have just had a tough trip to Russia but what better way to go into a international break than to make a significant move up the table.
Just need a bit of luck over the next 45 minutes.

If we want to aimg for a top 4 finish then this is another must win game.
Im confident we will get a good result because palace are looking a little wayward these days.

Common lads.

Yeah things went against us a bit there in the second half, we now need to win just to keep pace with the leaders. At least Tottenham or Arsenal will drop points tomorrow.

Well at least Chelsea is still sinking. They're obviously not going to make it to the CL spots this season and it's going to be a catastrophe if we don't take their place and some Tottenham or West Ham do.

This isn't a key game but every win is important now. A home win will keep the momentum going and will further raise the hope and spirits.

Need Spurs to drop the points. Really can't see us finishing above Arsenal this year unless they really fall away.

Most important game of the season so far for us. The lads need to be up for this one.
3 points and we will catch up on a few teams! Especially with the international break coming...

Thanks for that CR.
No Milner? Not even on the bench? Must be injured.
Looks a decent side that.
