Incredibly tough afternoon but we dug in and got the result.

Fair play to Palace they have some very good players and on another day could easily have won.

We got a big slice of luck with Mane otherwise potentially a very different outcome.

We are 2nd...

But if all our rivals win their games in hands we are still 4th though so we can't rest on our laurels. Even though we are 10 points clear of Chelsea now, if they win all their games in hand we are only 4 points ahead of them...

That was a huge win, granted we rode our luck at times but that is a tough place to go and win.
Puts us firmly in the driving seat for a top 4 finish.

We should never under estimate the value of passing these sort of tests. A tough away game at 12.30 after an international break. Some of our players looked shot at the end. Need to get back up to Liverpool this evening and get rested up for Wednesday.

Chelsea are out of the top 4 race. No way they're going to win all of their remanding games.

Rather have the points in the bag anyway. Let everyone else worry about getting results.

Agreed... All I'm saying is the picture is not as rosy as it looks 

Always knew this one was going to be ugly, I'm just glad we got full points today.

He still has a lot to learn at his age
