I'm surprised that no one has mentioned how well Suso has been doing with Almeria so far. He's had 2 assist in 2 games and has participated in most of their goals. Here are some highlights:

Hopefully the loan deal will work out well for everybody. Always liked him. Regular football at a high level is going to help him.

Thanks for posting the videos.

Yes there were reports that both Suso, Jack Robinson (Blackpool) & Krisztian Adorjan (Groningen) have been steady progress with their clubs, and it is great that they are having competitive game time that will help with their progress.

Hopefully we can recall him because I would rather play him than give playing time to a Chelsea player. Perfect back up to Coutinho

Suso, reminds me of that Phil Collins song......Su Su  Sussudio :)

That's about all I can say on him, coz he's a fringe player at best.

Yes, that's a good question. Why would we send Suso on loan and then go after Moses, who would also be on loan?

But maybe we just want him to have as much game time as possible. He will be a regular starter at Almeria.

I would definitely have him instead of Henderson, a better player and he was really good against Barca yesterday

Never really made the impact for me, so in essence we aren't missing much - apart from another lightweight player.

I still can't believe we spent £7mil on Alberto and let Suso go on loan.

We lack creativity and someone to open up defences - Suso certainly provides that and should still be at the club not on loan.

Certainly was capable of holding his own in the Prem last season

I thought he was a tidy footballer who was a good passer and intelligent on the ball. Offers more than Henderson.

Yeah, he is a tidy footballer no doubt. But IMO he struggles to impose himself in games and can easily go missing - a bit like Sterling in a sense. Hope he comes back with more confidence to impact a game.
