What the fcks it got to do with Arab Football Association?  :D

As much as i'd love to beat them in the final, (For life each time you met a whiney manc its all you'd have to mention and the webfooted inbred would scuttle away.), the opposite would be soul destroying.

 See me minds going now im not even spelling properly just wait till yous reach my age there will be no mercy shown by me then

There will be nothing from you then nanny, you will be dumped in a home with a tree for company !

Maybe it's because their the team I respect for their footballing pedigree but we have proved over severl seasons now that over 2 legs we can beat anybody.

Barcelona, Chelsea (Twice), Juventus and now Inter Milan were all walking their respective leagues when we faced them and we put them to the sword so why not Arsenal.

There is something about the state of the LFC players minds when we are drawn against tough opposition that seems to revel in the role of the underdog so bring on the best that Europe has to offer and for me thats Arsenal in terms of footballing ability.

Written a couple of days ago on Page 2 of this thread.........

Spooky   :O

And your 6 numbers for the Lottery tomorrow are ............

3, 17, 23, 25, 36 and 64  :D

dont understand ur 28/1

liverpool had a 7/1 chance of getting arsenal
this was then followed by manu having a 5/1 chance of getting  roma
this was then followed by a 3/1 chance of chelski getting fenerbache

my maths aint to hot but thats more than 28/1 daws

doubles from 8 selections is 28

1 liverpool
2 manure
3 arsenal
4 cheatski
5 roma
6 fener
7 schalke
8 barca

so first lot has 7 options, then 2 will have 6, 3rd 5, 4th 4, 5th 3, 6th 2 and 7th 1...i think.... thats 28?

feck, im a bookie, my head hurts, it has been a busy week tho

from 8: 28 doubles, 56 trebles..etc etc... i dont really know what im on about now lol

You got it right 1st time Dawson.   :nod

28 possible fixtures. Probability of choosing 4 fixtures out of 28 however is.... 28 choose 4..... or 1 in 20,475.....

And If the maths is right, the chance of correctly predicting the draw is approximately 0.005%. I think....  :O

my math can be a bit dodgy at times.... ever since they invented the slide rule.  :D

Regarding the lottery, I shout "fix" everytime we do it ! We always pick the number before or after the one that comes out, if we have the numbers 1 3 5 7 9 11 the numbers 2 4 6 8 10 12 will come out ! FIX !

Done the Lottery ONCE since its start on November 19th 1994  which is my birthday. Did it the very first time and never touched it since.

Regarding the various odds and betting tips given pre draw by the resident Forum bookie Dawson I'll quote my Dad who warned me never to gamble by saying "You never see a bookie on a bike"  :D

betting is like a casino with me. when i go to a casino with say 200. i aim to spend it all./ same with gambling. what you need to do tho with gambling is look for the value.

example: our game the other night against milan would always be tight but you could get torres 1-0 at 33/1.

with us aganist arsenal int he 1/4s id go large on us to qualify at 11/10... but also id wait to see if there are any specials which there are bound to be.
just looking forward to the game. ive always thought that arsenal were one of the teams we had mutual respect with and i should be able to get some good tickets off some mates at the emirates
