John Flanagan's current FB status says 'reina agree to stay at LFC, love u pepe'

I have no idea what to make of it (usually b0llocks tho), whether it genuinely is John or not (Suarez's is him) so has anyone heard anything else other than what's been posted?

Im sure the owners have talked to all senior players about their plans.  But us fans and our players are sick of hearing about "Big Summers".  We just want to see it.

Just 6-8 more weeks be patient

Think our youngsters are gonna get in trouble for putting out stuff like that, just like Morgan did for tweeting that Flanno was starting.  Hope it is true though.

If Neuer goes to Bayern I'd like us to look at Bayern's current goalie-Thomas Kraft. I really like the kid, not better than Neuer but might be some day becouse he's got the potential. His contract runs out this year I think, and he refused to sign a new one so we might even get him for free.

But most of anything I'd love Pepe to stay, and I think that he will.

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina 'happy, calm and comfortable' on Merseyside

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina appears to have put an end to suggestions he would leave Anfield this summer after insisting he is "happy, calm and comfortable" on Merseyside.

Staying put: Pepe Reina, the Liverpool goalkeeper, has said manager Kenny Dalglish is 'the ideal man' for the club and that he is happy with life on Merseyside. By Rory Smith 11:00PM BST 26 Apr 2011

It had been feared the Spain international would seek to follow his international team-mate Fernando Torres in seeking a move away from Liverpool after he suggested the club could not match his ambition.

But it is thought he has been impressed by the scale of ambition shown by Anfield's owners, Fenway Sports Group, and in an interview broadcast on the Spanish radio station Cadena COPE he gave the clearest indication yet that he is prepared to stay.

"I am happy, calm and comfortable here," he said. "[I am] looking towards the future which I reckon will bring a lot of happiness and hopefully the new project with the new American owners will be a convincing one.

"Obviously, [Rafael] Benítez brought me here but that doesn't mean that I'm unhappy with [Kenny] Dalglish, quite the opposite, I think he's the ideal man for Liverpool at this moment.

"It's my understanding, and based on what I've gathered from the people here, that we will be bringing in some important players, continuing to grow and hopefully in one or two years we will be in the place that Liverpool deserves to be, which is fighting for titles."

One of those signings may be the Blackburn defender Phil Jones. Both Dalglish and Damien Comolli, the club's Director of Football, were in attendance to assess the player during Manchester City's 1-0 win at Ewood Park on Monday night.

Comolli is believed to have been tasked with accomplishing a thorough overhaul of Liverpool's squad by FSG, with as many as 22 deals in and out expected this summer. FSG wish to see the playing staff refreshed and rejuvenated, with the vast majority of targets likely to be low on age and high in resale value. As such, Jones, rated at around £12 million and pursued by Arsenal and Manchester United, fits the bill perfectly.

all sounds very promising and would mean some much needed stabliity when it comes to our central players.
