Can mod's give other mod's warning cards or are they immune?

Say if Mick suddenly turned into the Hulk one night and started posting like Stu, who would ban him?

Havent got a clue probably nothing would happen due to the fact that Stu was banned six times and let back again so other people recieve warnings because the MODS aloud him back to post again 
If we all  went on a rampage got banned how many times would we be aloud back ?

As for Lynd's card, I was the one who dished it out but being the comlete fecking numpty that i am, I don't know how to rub it off. Maybe one of the other mods who has a bit more sense could do the job 'cos I'm fecked if I can work it out. She doesn't deserve to have this "ASBO" besmirching her good name I totally agree, but that said it does make her look quite hard.

Hey less of the junkie, though I must confess in my yoof' to partaking in the odd Franny Lee, the occasional dalliance in some Dennis Law and a brief fixation with some mushrooms of the dried variety, kind of mashed up into a soup in a cup form, I never got into the old Bob Marley and in any case, am far too old, boring and skint to do so anymore.

As for the rest of it, rotation obsessed tart face, fair enough I suppose particularly with the old goaty thing going on.
