i thought Garcia played well today as well, had a few good opportunities, especially the one where took a sublime touch and then hit the post on the half volley!

No not really I call it strikers finding the net. But then thats my opinion.

yeah fowler e7 have to agree some of his shotting been bit wayward, but i think he needs bit of time thats all, hes getting chances, and must be hard being outta match for long periods the way he is to then get half chance and score. he buried chances at blackburn and think he will do so again, just give him time to settle and play himself into form, remember, hes still only been here a few games in reality

Totally disagree best performance of the season was against Chelsea, we played better on sunday than we did tonight.
That was the problem Newcastle arnt Chelsea and teams that win the prem are up for every game not just the big ones.
We just have new players now who think big clubs only matter plus a few shell shocked ones.

Strikes me as a bit harsh, that.  I thought the lads were well up for this one (Stevie in particular) and we looked pretty solid tonight.  Had we buried the chances we were creating, we would have tonked them good and proper.  The barcodes had a good spell right after the half-time interval but we weathered that just fine and then took the game back to them.  Our movement and creativity should some real moments of genius tonight and we carved out plenty of chances.  Heck, we even looked dangerous on a couple of corners!

Bellamy was excellent in everything except finding the net today. Really like how Kuyt and Bellamy stressed the defenders when they tried to start plays against us. I think the whole team deserves some praise.

agree with that, i thought we were very comfortable today, and thats always a good sign. Were finding our rythm now and putting away a decent side like Newcastle with out to much trouble is not a bad start, i think if we beat Spurs then we will really get the ball rolling.

 Aupa Athletic is some sort of Neverton supporting to me

Athletic is a team that wants to play only with Basque players (well sort of) and tries to steal players to RS every time. In summer they were dreaming about getting Alonso in their forums. Deluded as a Tottenham fan, arrogant as a Chelsea fan, and bitter as an Everton fan, that's Athletic for you  :D

agree with you kukilon completely he causes havoc for defenders he drags them wide, he runs at them, behind them, crosses balls for others and sooner or later hes gonna go on a roll, and i love the fire in him lol, he fights for everything, and argues the toss over anything till next time he sees ball, he just looks like hes going to spontaneously combust lol
