if you look at the news headline today you will see why they booked a press conference for today, as it happend Christian Purslow was not able to do the conference  the time stated and the club did not like the idea of it coming out in a leak so they gave out a statement instead.


things like this happen all the time in the news world, thats why reporters spend most of theur time doing nothing but wait outside locked doors driving to nothing.

where has it been wrong? in fact the stuff i have posted often tends to then go on to make the papers or the news.

its not my fault that Hicks keeps changing his bloody mind, we could have sold this club weeks ago if it was not for him trying to bleed every penny out of the deal, thats what made them walk away.

as it stands now the RBS loan is there to take (and might have already been done so)

there is still a deal on the table for anyone that would like to get ripped off as the price is too high.

the other has sold his other stuff to make money for his other stuff (bet most of it ends up in car racing)

Rafa been given money to spend but is trying to keep the plaers we have and might ended up using some of it to keep them.

someone got 60% of a prem club but we dont know what club it is (i think its west ham)

the whole thing is up, i get bits of info and let you know  what it is, you make of it as you will.

my firend that did work in the area has moved on and only meets up with that team on monday and late fridays, he tries to get as much as he can but if they are also being lead up the path by Hicks that not their fault.


ML find it hard to understand how Hicks has made so much money as he is at running anything (ml words not mine)

Lakes lad ,the info you give is much appreciated . Some of us do realise that are owners are about as predictable as the weather mate . You and a few other people who get snippets of info have been duped by these two whoppers a few times . Don't woorry about it lash . Those who know , know.

The only thing I can think of was when I said the sale of the Montreal Canadiens would take quite some time because it had to be approved by the NHL board of governors, and you disagreed.   

That said, I enjoy your posts Lakes, some of the news does make me want to punch the screen while reading them at times, but that's not your fault.

Oh, and I don't think I've ever read a Lakes post where he has stated that what he is posting is set in stone.  He always offers a bit of a disclaimer.  It's just a little info, usually ends up coming out in the press down the road anyway, we just get it a little sooner, so Thanks Lakes.

well the weather better change for the better, i am going away for a few days at the end of the week, first time in 3 years i have worked so i can do so.
only going for 4 days so i hope its going to be sunny.......oh dear, no pc for 4 days, how am i going to cope, might have to pay £5 you use my mobile for the web for them days lol.
