Great news. Fantastic keeper, has removed a lot of the errors from his game that marred some of his earlier performances. Decision making, shot stopping and distribution are brilliant. I don't watch much Spanish football but god know how good Iker must be to keep him out of the National team    Of all the contract extensions of late this is the one I'm most pleased with. Future captain without doubt.

good news that he gets a 6 year contract
just aswell as he looks like he is going to be the new Captain next year if our two best players leave if Rafa stays.

Superb news...... A good defence starts with an anchor in goal. Over the years, Pepe has proved beyond a shadow of doubt, in my mind at least, that he's the best keeper for us.
