Poulsen's a must. Cole and Jovanovic can also do one (although they'e not CM's). Shelvey's gone out on loan. It's a toss up between Aqua and Raul as well. Our Cm's will be Adam, Gerrard, Lucas, Aquilani and Spearing (but don't quote me on it!).

What about Henderson ? Our 20 million pound signing .

Poulsen , Meireles and Aquilani are going .

So we have spent 30 million to replace Aquilani and Meireles ? Have we improved in that replacement ? No - we have downgraded IMO

I just read someone else's post and noticed they'd missed out Henderson and then I go and do the same thing!! I think AA is staying (but don't quote me on it!). Even if AA is sold we haven't really replaced him because he's been elsewhere the last season. Just financially

The thing that I am thinking about after this signing is the fact that these transfer things have never actually been behind closed doors as we presumed and that we have really missed out on Wickham, Young etc. The signing of Henderson made me think that things like that might be happening but Adam is someone that we have been seeing as a Liverpool player since January! I really feel kind of disappointed now that we didn't manage to sign quite a few players that we were strongly with. Decent players they are as well. But that's what you get I guess, with being 6th in the league and no euro football. That will change though, I am certain of it, no matter this sit-back.

Finally an english player I'm chuffed somewhat about:D. Really like what I have seen from him but sure he is no Xavi. If this means we can offload some of our players to them It's really a brilliant move.

This is a safe signing instead of these youngsters people are trying to throw money at.

Welcome Charlie!

Landed at the airport today after my trip, first thing I did was take out my phone and update soccernet and the Adam deal had gone thru.  very excited about it and really happy we've finally got him.  I honestly believe he can become a great Liverpool player.

Welcome to the club Charlie, please don't bite my finger.
