There may have been a clause in the contract when we sold him that prevented him being played against us.

If somebody insisted that a clause of that nature was written into the contract then they clearly have not seen Cole play. Forget last weekends flash in the pan assists. His performances for Liverpool were generally abysmal and I'm delighted to see the back of him.

agree cole was diabolical for us during the time he was here and west ham will soon find out how happy he is to just sit and collect a fat check for doing nothing in 97% of the games he plays.
anyway he wasnt that good in that game but just got lucky that the 2 crosses he stuck in resulted in goals.
he isnt our player anymore so i couldnt give a hoot whether he plays against us or not. he probably should have taken that move to france as imo he isnt prem standard at all.
