told you lot not to be carried away with carson's price... I think you just jinxed it :D

on the other hand crouch did well with his goal and he made a step towards proving me wrong...

maybe now his price will go up by like 1-2 mil :D

On my ProEvolution, Carson is awesome......

Then again, he is about seven feet tall on that game, thanks to the edit option.

Well he was absolutely awful tonight there is no doubt about that. Disappointing really because that has probably put paid to his chances of ever being "Englands number one". Classic rabbit in the headlights situation it seemed to me, and those of us who can remember his faux pas against Juventus in his previous biggest match won't have been too surprised. Hopefully he can quickly put it out of his mind, as lesser mistakes have ruined better goalkeepers than him.

At least that way he can re-convince those in charge at Aston Villa that he is worth good money, although I must confess if I was them, regardless of how good I thought he was I'd be cutting the price in half as we speak after that performance.

Oh dear, oh dear. Get rid ASAP. I had to laugh at Motson and Lawrenson in the second half saying what an outstanding save he made when he saved a header point blank. It was straight at his chest anyway.

England should have got some points for those touchdowns they scored.

Wembley had NFL markings on the pitch so those touchdowns should have counted!

I feel so sorry for the lad. Pretty much his first touch as well - what an absolute shocker.

Ah well. At least Gerrard and Crouch have a good summer off next year.
