I would also prefer Coutinho and Sturridge but I was just making the point that we ere two forwards short for the first half of the season.

Hopefully the changes since last year will ensure that won't happen again and we'll strenghten the squad, with cover and depth where we need it.

7th place with no cup run is just not acceptable. He needs to go if we can bring in Rafa.

You would get on well with the City owners, you can discuss who is the most short sighted

Everyone should be judged by the same standards and if we let BR slide with his Sh*t results we are not doing that.

Glad you are pleased with the results BR have brought us so far. Rafa just won another trophy... how many have BR won during his life time?

I don't mind BR and he is much better than Roy who I couldn't stand. It's just silly to think that he was hounded out of the club by the owners and even some of the fans. Had he still been here we would have been in a much better state. What is ***** me off is that most of you are not objective in your way of rating our managers. These days it's ok to finish in 7th place with no real cup runs but had Rafa done the same he would have been hounded for it. It's really simple he was just a far superior manager to our current one.

BR is  a young and inexperienced PL manager who is still in the learning curve. To be fair over the whole matter, he is better than Roy and KD's 2nd tenure (PL performance wise) but it is still too early to tell whether he will come out good. He's only 40 and still have many years of working life ahead of him. We can only tell after next season at the very earliest. I expect us to finish above 7th, garner more than 60 points and have beaten most of the teams at least once that finished above us this season. That is my expectation from him for as a Liverpool manager and progress from there.

Rafa has just won the Europa Cup with Chelsea and I agree that Rafa is better than BR at this moment and it was a shame he was not offered the job when KD was sacked. If Rafa can be generously backed by the owners of any club, he is one who can do a good job and at least finish in top 4. He finished 7th in his last season with us was due to friction with those 2 former blood sucker owners.

And if Bob was available right now we would employ him straight ( well Ayres might )

I actually agree with Kukllion

I would swap BR with Rafa right now if given the chance - he should have been given the job in the summer but he won't whilst Ayres is at the club.

Oh well, you know what it's like to want then.

Trying being a supporter and get behind the current manager instead of pining for someone else.

BR gets the same support every match as every other manager has had.

If you think that BR is the best manager for the club then you have lower standards than me

Your giving BR as much support as you gave RH.

Carry on pining.
