He's leaving Valencia because he wasn't played in his proper position enough, we will have to give him games at left-back to keep him happy. From the sounds of it he should be an improvement on Riise, who will probably be used as a utility player for left back and left wing. It would be a shame if Riise is edged out of the squad as he's very loyal and a likeable guy, but that's football.
