After 29 LONG years, this is finally our season

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Brendan is a very good manager, every team he's managed has played good stuff and he's got Leicester playing good stuff now. Saying that going to the Etihad and getting a win or draw out of a fired up City side takes some doing, we couldn't manage it.
Brendan came closer than any manager in the the last 30 years to winning the title for us, he can finish the job off tomorrow.

Vardy has been on decent form 12 goals in last 11 apps.

I really hope Leicester get something.

I'm expecting Leicester to give City a better game compared to recent teams.

Whats the craic with Leicester anyway. They need City to win the F.A cup in order for a Europa place to go to 7th ?.  If that is the case then they need to win their remaining 2 and us to beat Wolves.

So for them, all to play for tonight. Rodgers will want to be in Europe!

I also think that after watching Brighton yesterday there is more than a glimmer of hope that they can take points from City. I don’t know about you lads but I’ll be glad when it is all over.

Let us implore the gods to be bold and strike City with a thunderbolt.  Two or five would be better.

Bobby and Mo both out of Tuesdays Barca clash.

We can kiss goodbye to getting to another Champions league final then.

You always seem very quick to write off our hopes either pre match or even during the match - you haven’t got a clue about any sort of belief do you and seen some sort of JCL fan. Are you that ghost of shankly bloke

In life there are always folks who bottle out at the first obstacle, it's normal.  He's probably a young lad.

No. Not this ghost bloke, just being realistic pal.

Unless Origi and Studge have the game of their lives, I think we've had it.

Tell me how we overcome the 3-0 goal deficit and prevent barca scoring at Anfield?

The tie was lost in the first leg.

Realistically they are favorites to go through, do we have a chance? Of course we do!

So why throw in the towel before we’ve even played?
