I expect him to be sold back to someplace in France in the summer, hopefully Jordy will go with him. Got to make way for Amoo, Eccelston, Pourie, Astrit, and Mackay-Steven

Tidy little finish.

Yes, he's lightweight, but that's not so much of an issue on the wings.

Went to go n see the reseverve final because it was only 2 pound and i was really impressed with El Zar got the best of his marker every time, Still can't see him breakin the first team though. Bentiez can easly sign a player of his ability who is experienced

He was brilliant. It just goes to show Rafa was right putting him on. El zhar is better than babel right now, the lad just needs some game under his feet.

Brilliants a bit of a stretch, hes showed some promise and as off the boil as Babel has been lately I still think he has more to offer when he gets his act together.

He isn't brilliant, looks decent, good passer and dribbler, takes on defenders. would be a decent backup.

yea i think 'decent' would be the rigt word to decribe him.. nothing special about him theres plpenty of our players out there much better than he is at a similar age and playing for smaller clubs... he has good control when running with the ball and doesnt seem to mind taking a mon or two on when running with the ball... wouldnt say he has good passing seen him misplace a few easy passes but thats to be expected given the lack of experience and games i guess... decent backup and atleast hes a natural winger which always helps, yet to see him provide a decent cross though...

he should start ahead of babel. so much more composure then babel who really should be sold for 15mil if thats what madrid is offering.

100% spot on.  I was thinking the same thing when he came on yesterday.  Composure! and he actually looks like he cares.  Babel does not care, and it is so obvious.  I have run out of patience with him.  Really looking forward to seeing El Zahr on tues.  I can't wait to see what he can do against PSV.  He has been a much improved player this year and for me he totally deserves a start over Babel.

If Madrid are offering 15mil for Babel we should take the money and run.  They fecked us over on the Owen deal and this would be ideal payback.  15mil for a waste of space that could not even be bothered to work for the team.

I ain't babel's biggest fan...but surely babel is way better than el zhar... I mean come on. Lets forget about their price tags. If you compare just their stats babel is better than el zhar (but thats ain't saying much).

We need better players than EL Zhar though. Manure has anderson and nani to bring on when they are in trouble. And we have El Zhar ???

Actually i would like to see babel play in a 4-3-2-1 formation but on the right instead of Kuyt (and Riera on the Left)....
