who do you want as the next manager and tell us why?

I'd like Rafa back because he's the best manager we've had since Fagan. Give him a decent transfer budget and he'll do wonders, plus he's just in time to see the academy produce the results he set in motion.

If you think that Fenway are going anywhere near a person who has even the slightest connection to LFC either as a player or previous manager then your sadly mistaken !

Just in case it's passed you by they just got rid of a former Player and  Manager of the club in Kenny Dalglish !

NO Manager
NO Assisitant
NO Lawyer
NO Communications Director
NO Director of Football
NO Medical Director

Feck me, I'd be quaking in my boots if I clean the Anfield Silverware such is FSG's penchant for sacking employeees of the club !

Paul Lambert will be the next Liverpool Manager and he will be lucky to survive till Christmas. NOT because he isn't a good manager because he is. However with owners who have less patience than my 4 year old it's 4th or the dole queue as far as their concerned !

lamberts done nothing to suggest he`s good enough to manage this club.

half of these managers we are being linked to would $h1t themselves if we got drawn against barcelona or real madrid, they`d spend half the time wandering around the place like a daytripper in awe of the place and spend the other half jabbering to the press about how big an honour it is to play them.

Fascinating, source?

I had FSG down as being more risk averse than this. The kind who would make a decision to sack a manager, let alone Kenny, only once the views of the majority of supporters had come to be in line with theirs, so as to avoid a backlash. I guess we saw signs of their bold approach when Comolli and a load of other club staff had their contracts terminated, but this takes it to a new level.

Sky are going into ovekill saying that AVB is in top running for the job, on twitter theres talk of the club having already made their mind up on whio it is and have even spoken to that person about the job.

i think we will have a new manager within days and not weeks as being talked about on the bbc.

Has he not ?

Successive promotions on a limited budget !
Finished 12th in his first Premier Season with the lowest valued team in the League.
Canny Scot who is media savvi whilst giving nothing away.
Fantastic player - Man marked Zenadine Zidane in CL Final whilst playing for Brousiia Dortmund - Zidane didn't get a kick as Dortmund won 3-1.
Turned players like Hoolahan, Holt, Pilkington and even managed to reinvent Zak Whitbread and Ayala into good honest players.
Is young, ambitious and knows how to get the best out of anyone he works with.

Of course you will be kidding yourself that Pep or Jose are going to come walking through the gates of Anfield ...............Get real !

so a manager who`s spent most of his career in the lower league`s and has finished halfway in the prem is good enough to manage one of the biggest clubs in the world?

Has anyone mentioned Steve Nicol yet?

No?

Ok my sources say Steve Nicol ....
