Yes they gave him a 3 year contract, but I doubt he will be the manager for the full duration of the contract. Now, there seem to be quite alot of managers with pedigree available right now. Will any of you advocate any of these managers replacing Kenny as a long term solution for us?

Pep Guardiola - Just announced he's leaving Barca
Fabio Capello - Apparently looking for Premier League post
Rafa - same as above
AVB - I'm sure he is willing to proof that he can do it in the premier league

Its not disrespectful, its downright distasteful to openly discuss options for future managers ,whilst the current one is trying to add another
cup to our trophy cabinet .   :no

At least you can console yourself with the fact that its just your wit that is drying up in the radiant Spanish sun ,rather than your urinary tract ...

It appears you are a very indecisive person - fickle perhaps, as you are too scared to nail your colours to the mast.

Kenny you friggin' weirdo, I did answer so go back and look.

Better to be fickle than a stalker. I see this german high jumper girl named and shamed a stalker on her facebook page, I'm thinking of doing the same with you (first I gotta learn how to use facebook....).

The thing is that, I couldn't remember another time where so many high profile managers are available. Should FSG take advantage or not?

Are you advocating Arsenal ditch Wenger to bring in a new manager because of his lack of success for the last 7 years.

They have never finished outside the top 4 and built a new state of the art stadium during this period.

All this without spending crazy money on players and selling for big profits when they let some go.

Stylish football too. I would say Wenger has done pretty well overall.

We have won trophies but almost went in administration during the same period and are still
playing in ranshackled ground that isnt fit for purpose.

On the whole our transfer dealings have been poor and costly.

Cups are great like but football simply isnt all about cups and great achievements can be
made without lifting a trophy.

Arsenal will finish above us again this year by the way.

Yes they will finish above us - they also finish without a trophy once again. A lot of Arsenal fans are getting pretty fed up not winning things.

until we won the carling cup this season we had also gone quite a long time without winning anything, and also a couple of years without a sniff of CL football. i guess a few more people would have been happier to swap our situation with arsenal's back then.

I am not saying it isnt nice to win cups, course it is, but the truth is
that our owners would take top 4 now not to mention a brand new
stadium above any domestic trophy.

Top 4 is the win, thats the prize, and thats how you make Liverpool
great again by getting in that group every year and beating down your
rivals with the financial muscle and prestige that comes with it.

Some Arsenal fans will whinge, but Wenger himself has gone on record
as saying not making top 4 would be 'catastrophic' for them, and that gives
you an indication how important it is.

Also consider if its so critical for them with that ground, and having achieved
top 4 year on year, just how important it is for us with our revenue streams
and the finance required to reshape the club and team.

I have calmed down a little regarding KK. I will give the rest of the season to win me over. To me playing well in the rest of the games and doing well in the final will be enough to warrant a new try in the beginning of the next season. Winning the FA cup will not be a requirement.

The only thing trumphing that was if Rafa wants to come back.

Anfield is not a ramshackle stadium as you put it....it's only problem is the capacity....

If we had 100,000 seater stadium I would hazard a guess that there are a fair few on here would still not make the effort to actually support the team with a visit....
