Torres - Rent Boy - What now

The Premiership - General Discussion

Leicester aren't a poor side and you can only beat what's in front of you.

I'm not saying Torres will start scoring like he did for us, but today was the first time since his arrival at Chelsea that Torres has played how he played for us when he was here.

they aren't a poor side, but Wolves would probably give them a game... is all I'm saying.

You're right, but Torres looked like the Torres of old today and I think his brace of goals and assists will give him confidence to push on. People have said that Torres has lost a yard of pace, well watch the pace he displayed on the left hand side of the pitch today in the run up to the Meireles goal. Torres looked like he was enjoying himself today and if Chelsea can start getting the best out of Torres, they'll have a very good goalscorer on their hands.

he`s too good a player not to come good at some stage but i do doubt that he`ll ever be as effective for chelsea as he was for us.
i just sense that he`s not happy there, he`ll get on with it and score goals but i doubt we`ll see him at his best because i dont think he`s totally comfortable with his surroundings, wether it`s the dynamics in the dressing room or living in london or whatever i dont know

He looked happy enough today, I think if Torres starts getting his confidence back through scoring goals, then Chelsea will reap the rewards for having such a good striker. Will he ever be the same striker he was for us? I doubt it, but he might well become a good signing for Chelsea.

I watched the Chelsea goals after the Liverpool match, and Torres' 2 goals and I have to say, the Leicester goalie was absolute gash. A dead dog would have scored against him !

he was back to his usual rubbish against Chelsea....subbed in the second half and ended up having a row with the manager on the side lines.

anything less than what he was for us will make him a poor signing

You may have a point. Maybe the Leicester match was a one off from Fernando, even though I dislike the way in which he left, it's disappointing to see Fernando end up looking washed up.

Probably something about Hillsborough's anniversary, when Chelsea played Spurs (because even he didn't wear a black armband?).
