seriously tho, th 1 player we cudda done with as a damn fine addition in my book was Dunne, an we had t mek do wi th greek fella cuz no money afta Aquilani an Johnson , despite Rafa gettin that money back (or at least almost all of it). Humpty an Dumpty wont put money forward is my fear, an by th time we negotiate a way out for Babel/Doss/Degen etc then it'll be too late to attract any1 half decent unless they're already tapped up an waitin th call.

TYPE THE WHOLE FCKIG WORD FFS !

y?   :p   avin trubl reedin?

Maybe Micah Richards isn't a bad call now that it looks like Johnson will be out for a while. Richards also offers cover as a CB!!

I would've taken Michael Johnson but he is now out for the season so forget it!!

Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

Johnson is out for roughly a month. Within that month we face -

Reading (A) - FA Cup 3rd Round
Tottenham (H) - League
Stoke (A) - League
FA Cup 4th Round
Wolves (A) - League
Bolton (H) - League

With two possible games in the FA Cup and only Spurs offering a challenge on paper, I can't see Rafa shelling out for a RB.

Not only would it be a waste of funds but we have the option of playing Carragher there and Martin Kelly from the youth squad.

not sure th option o carra playin there is a viable 1, he's been givin soft frees away fairly regular an we aint too strong on defendin set pieces o late r we? carra aint got no pace whatsoeva, so at least he aint lost none, an his hearts as big as cud be desired, but as a RB in a season we can barely afford t drop mor pts i jus aint sure we can go with it.

we probly aint got th option o buyin neitha, unless we unload a few. looks like Kelly's gonna become a 1st teamer for a wile methinx
