Id rather we pick up a hard side and get this over with... Lets be honest here, unless we invest heavily in January on new players (which i cant see happening), we'll need to save our players for the league games and the FA cup to a lesser extent... Out of the CL is pretty much out of europe for a club of our stature, no need to take this 2nd rate nonsense seriously....

what are the players saving themselves for though? they are capable of so much better but have not been showing it. besides injuries and managerial faults, they do have to shoulder some blame for the spot they are in.
