Great to get the win,when playing poorly, could be a massive turning point for us. Pity about the timing of international break as we badly need to build up some momentum.

Johnson is absolutely brilliant, had a really good game today.

Not to impressed with the greek, gave away the ball multiple times and some of his defending was just shamble, though he is brilliant in the air.

Rafa needs to drop Lucas, wasn't good enough today, looked slow, can't defend for his life and just likes to pass backwards or sideways. Torres and Gerrard had good games, especially when gerrard was dropped a bit deep, he saw more the ball and did his stuff.

I don't think we were poor, we were only poor at the back, other than that we deserved to win.

yeah jesus cant believe some of the negative tripe, ok i wasnt born in liverpool but dads family originally from dingle and allerton area and i go to as many away games as possible but these seem to be like the lads at liverpool v athletico madrid friendly all screaming the REFEREES A WxxxKER its just not done at anfield we need to behind the team rather than crucifying them its only a few games in and there is gonna be plenty of twists and turns this season, i take it this is the usual garbage comments then lad.
