Well okay lets get him a 3-game ban for incitement of a very Bitter crowd just for 30 seconds of fun, the win will suffice, same as last season.

FFS mate relax, I was just having a bit of fun, hence the

after each of my posts. Yes, the win will suffice, but it would be really great for Stevie to score his 100th goal away against that lot, as you can rest assure they'll be singing their usual songs about him all game long (instead of praising their own players incidentally).

So the guy who gets paid to get results decides to make a substitution which indirectly wins the match, gives a perfectly plausible explanation (agree or not) and gets critisized by the clubs fans?

nice to see Fo Dne is still going about insulting people . As for the gerrard sub it worked well that day and it didnt work another day - no manager gets the subs right all the time. It works he is hailed a hero it doesnt he is hailed a :censored:

manager. The guy is more qualified than any of us to judge on subs and im sure i read somewhere that overall his subs have scored 60 goals between them in the last couple of seasons.

His excuse was , that he thought the game was lost and we were about to play marsielle in the next game . A game if we lost he was about to be sacked . So he was thinking of the marsielle game and getting through to the knockout stages and keeping his job ,the selfish tw@t.

so in other words he values the ECL more then the EPL? or he finds it easier to win? or...? cause that the most ridiculous move by Rafa as far as i could recall. poor mentality and such lack of determination. sends a very poor message out to oppo teams. matches and decisions like those cost us the title.

well with decisions like those and rotations and not playing the strongest team against lesser oppo im not surprised.

unfortuantly you dont look at the bigger picture - we arent the only team to rotate and players like gerrard and torres cant play every single game so need resting . against lesser oppostion you dont always need your strongest players as your sqaud should be good enough to beat them - sometimes they dont perform . look at last weekend - we had our strongest team out yet failed to beat stoke .
