well there are exceptions, Hypia for one.  Owen, i feel, has gone stale and he needed a move.  I'm upset he's gone for more than half his vale. Ok, we have Gomez.......i have no idea if he's good/bad.  I think Rafa knows whats he's doing and if GH was still here, Gerrard would be at Chelsea........then we would be in the ******!

Yes there have been a couple of exceptions but £20 million for Diouf, Daio and Cheyrou just about set us back for 2 seasons. Kewell was a steal and lets face it we got him on the cheap for the same reason that Real got Owen for buttons.

Rafa's no respecter of reputations thats quite plain to see and has acted I believe in the best interests of the team not any particular player.

i reacon this whole saga will allow Baros and Cisse to develop.  they are both quality players and, i think, will prove a gopod partnership.  At least against Spurs!!

I don't think Baros won't be here come Christmas mate to be honest . He's said enough already to realise he's not for sticking aroound if and when the right offer comes around........  ???

I think we will win tomorrow without Owen. The midweek CL Qualifier was a good result although it's difficult to gauge how good we actuially were as Graz were very poor .......

I've banged on about getting Ballack from Bayern for months now and i think we ought to test the reaction and tabel an offer.....Also would love to see Rosicksky at liverpool.

You any players you'd like to see us bid for ?

Agree, Rosicky is class. Not to sure about Ballack, how old is he? I would have liked Rommedhal and Kezman BUT a new centre half to partner Sami would be ideal. Suppose Ledley King would be too dear. If Gallas/Terry get frozen out at Chelsea with Cavallarho going there i would bid for either. I believe Huth is an excellent prospect too - surely his chances are limited so maybe sniff around him?

ballack would be a start.  Superb player, is about 26-27 and is great going forward.  Anyone remember the goal he scored against us?

We shd have a good chance to get gallas as it is almost confirm that Terry &  Cavallarho are the 1st choice centrebacks. But i get the feeling that JM might play Gallas at right back.
