He'll probably be a bit of a hardman now in his new surroundings

Hi
I dont feel like being part of Atletico anymore, now that the club's darling player has been sold. I dont know what dark porkish interests moved the corrupted management to sell Torres to Liv'pool instead building a good team around him.
I have no doubt of what Torres's going to do, hes a superb player.
Liv'pool has been one of my top favourite teams cause the Kop mainly, and since Rafa's arrival, you became my top british club. From now on, you have +1 supporter

Liv'pool & F. Torres YNWA!!!

Upset greetings from Madrid

Cheer up. No team is a one-man operation.

Liverpool is a tough city, so after being here for some time, Garcia would have grown some hair on his nuts and he'll go back to Madrid as a tough guy, just eager to kick someone's head in.

bigmick wrote:Quick message for Athletico fans, don't worry about your man, we'll look after your man very well. You are also getting a wondeful player. Luis Garcia will be a superstar in Spain and returns a much better player than when he came to England. He'll probably be a bit of a hardman now in his new surroundings   :)

Quiere decir "en su nuevo entorno" y se refiere a que con la mayor dureza que ha experimentado en la liga inglesa, ahora es un jugador no sólo técnico sino también fuerte.

I agree Bigmick's point, and it doesn't apply only to Luis Garcia but also others players like Alonso which, in my humble opinion, have learnt a couple of things that are basic in football and have made them better players.

Those Spanish guests who do not understand something or want to know something can send me a private message, I reckon we'll have a few atletico guests now.

Well the first thing you should do is to get a fan card that is very cheap. There's a lot of competition (mucha demanda) of tickets and it's not quite easy to get a ticket for an important game if you don't go to less important games first. The more games you watch the more priority you have later on to get a ticket in an important match. Anfield has become small for the amount of fans there are, and that's why they're making a new stadium.

Another option is to ask Leonmc, a well known poster here, for a ticket, but I'll try the fan card option first just in case :D

Igor: In Spain "pork" or "pig" is quite a common insult and it's often used as you use "bástard". If you cheat a woman often and pretend to be a gentleman on front of her, then you're likely to be told you're a "pig" for instance. You should read it like "bástard" :)

Torres, has the pace to play there. Xavi Alonso is a Fernando's close-friend, no doubts he'll fit nice, furthermore hes very engaged.  He is very consistant on his comment, statements and acts. Definitely, hes a great guy but better player.

When is going to start your new season ??

PD: Yo también quiero un TOPIC en apañó

This poster is officially asking permission to open a new thread in which the Spanish language is allowed.

I'm nobody to give an official answer, so I'll just forward the petition.

I guess that the logic says that there's no point to do that if the regular membership of this forum won't understand the thread (it's quite an obvious answer), but in the other hand if you (the mods/admin/regular posters) want to grant a nice gesture to the atletico fans you could oblige, after all, chances are that we're gonna have lots of young Atletico posters the next days talking in Spanish or computer translator english anyway  :;):  (It could be useful aswell so that I remind them in their mother tongue what behaviours are wrong, and what they shouldn't do in the other threads)

Respuesta: He trasladado tu petición.
