It's an absurd rule, absolutely.
What the c*nts at the FA don't take into consideration is that the foreign leagues who started this b*llocks have a winter break around Jan, allowing players a site more time to organise transfers, undergo medicals, etc.
There are some thick f*ckers at the FA.
