the one where homer is having a dream (at least i think its a dream) where he's with mark hammill (luke skywalker) and they're getting attacking by a mob in a restaurant. they're trying to defend themselves with whatever comes to hand...

Get up! everybody's gonna move their feet Get Down! everybody's gonna leave their seat
the episode where homer writes the letter to mr burns but tries to get it back.. think it goes like this: 'hello, u have a letter for me, my name is mr burns 'whats your first name?' 'i dont know'
Ralph - "Prinsckippel skimster our prindable skimster"
Ralph - "I bent my wookie"
Willie - "Lunchlady Doris? Have you got any grease?" Doris - "Yes. Yes we do." Willie - "THEN GREASE ME UP WOMAN!" (as he rips off his clothes) Doris - "Oki Dokey"
The Cape Fear episode has got to be one of the best. But Viva Ned Flanders is my fav!! Its the ones where everyone finds out Ned is 60 and he realises his wasted his life. Homer decides to give him a crash course in Crazy. Homer takes him to Sin City where they rake havoc and end up marrying two cocktail waitresses. Nearly pmsl at it. Another good one is "Homer at the bat". Mr Burns bet one million dollars that his softball team will beat his arch rivals team. He see's the team playing and decides they are wick and fill's his team with real major league players. They all drop out through unforseen circumstances!!!
Gone but never forgotten
JUSTICE FOR BABY P REST IN PEACE BABY BOY X
Hurricane Neddy is fantastic too. When Ned goes absolutley nuts after his house gets distroyed and Springfield does a really half-assed job of fixing it (i.e. "That's the room with the electricity" ). But my favorite bit is in the sanatorium where Homer tries to help the researchers find out the source of Ned's anger. Homer goes off at Ned and the two researchers are watching.
Researcher 1: "What's he doing? Was this your idea?" Researcher 2: "Um... Did you like it?"
Superintendant Chalmers: Skinner your kitchen's on fire! Skinner: Oh no, that aurora borealis. Chalmers: Aurora borealis?! At this time of year, at this time of day...located entirely in your kitchen? Skinner: Yes. Chalmers: Oh. Skinner, you're an odd fellow, but you steam a good ham.

Ha, yeah I forgot about that, that's a brilliant episode that!!!!
I remember an episode where the police are auctioning off the convicts stuff and Homer is about to buy a super car, the guys going through the cars speck and homer is saying "yeah I know" at everything until the sales guy makes some rediculous claim about the engine that Homer duly aknowledges to which the guy says "I made that last bit up!" to which Homer half shuts his eyes and says ".....I see....." pure comedy, I use that myself whenever pos now.
