Erm, I don't know in England, but in Spain, winning 5-1 at home, and then 1-3 away, is good enough to earn some respect. And Newclaste away, is not the easiest away game.

Well done!!

Another fine win for Liverpool but really, the long suffering Newcastle supporters deserve better from their team. As much as I hate to say it, Cisse probably should have been sent off when you consider our own opinions of Neville's celebrations at Old Trafford.

Nah i dont think cisse deserved to be sent off or even yellow carded in the first place. I was one who wasnt bothered by nevilles celebration and i think being punished for something as small as that is ridiculous.

Well,

Boumsong was a definite red card. And penalty. Cisse dealt with that penalty very well, but what followed after, he should hang his head.

Firstly, I had no idea that he got yellow carded for taking his shirt off during his celebration. He must have. But then to go and goad the supporters, thats uncalled for, and he should have been given his marching orders.

This player is slowly turning into another Diouf. Before the penalty, he was playing well. There was no need to give in to the moment, and become as low as their supporters. That could have been very costly, and it was very, very foolish.

I heard the annoucement over the tele that Solano was Man of the Match. Was that for Newcastle only or both teams, because I would give it to Crouch.

And Kewell was a liability tonight. No where near good enough, but then again, when your playing with Cisse next to you being stupid as he was, its no wonder Kewell had a very off night.

He had to be yellow carded in the first place, the FIFA rules are very clear, that its an automatic yellow card. He had a message on his shirt, apparently about his newborn son. Also baiting the crowd is really not needed especially since they booed Boumsong as he made his way back. They knew he deserved to go and that it was a terrible challenge. No need for Cisse to make Security's day any harder.

A stroll in the park today. Couldnt fault any of the boys. Good professional performance. Happy to see Agger and Kronkamp have a decent game and hopefully they are settling in now.

He wasn't nearly his potent best but after that penalty Cisse could have chipped it to Kewell in open space but instead decided to shoot behind the goal. Looking for his own glory.

Cisse was waiting for ages to score, apparently a couple of games so that he could show his t-shirt.

cisse showed he has one braincell betwen his ears, his behavior towards thetoon supporters was plain stupid and some of his play and shooting from impossible angles just proves he has no intelligence on the pitch either.just think houllier almost signed boumsong as well,it shudders to make me think to see him in a red shirt
