Credit to Crouch as well. Fantastic work. The Newcastle defence is dodgier than a Geordie sales pitch.

we need to concentrate after we score. In the last 3 matches (arsenal, fulham and this one) we've scored then they've got one back a few minutes later.... keep your heads boys.

Slightly offside Ameobi was when he scored.

The back 5 formation is perplexing. It has caught us out on many occasions, and if it is not corrected, we will concede another. That being said, the midfield are losing the ball too often. Kewell hasn't done much, neither has Cisse, however Cisse is playing little better than Kewell.

Crouch has no real support. Once again, a lone striker can't lay the ball to nobody, there is no prong attack. Cisse and Kewell aren't coming into the middle enough, seeing as Gerrard and Hamman are tied to the mid.

Back 5 is worrying me.

Feel we will grind out a 2-1 win.
