Are our players good enough?

Out of the 25 listed Liverpool squad members, how many do you think are good enough to play for our club?

1/ Jurek Dudek
2/ Chris Kirkland,
3/ Patrice Luzi
4/ Stephane Henchoz

6/ Steve Finnan
7/ John Welsh
8/ Djimi Traore
9/ Sami Hyypia
10/ Salif Diao
11/ Jamie Carragher
12/ Igor Biscan
13/ John Arne Riise
14/ Danny Murphy
15/ Bruno Cheyrou
16/ Steven Gerrard
17/ Salif Diao
18/ Dietmar Hamann
19/ Michael Owen
20/ El Hadji Diouf
21/ Anthony Le Tallec
22/ Milan Baros
23/ Florent Sinama Pongolle

Realistically only Michael Owen, Harry Kewell and Steven Gerrard are good enough, maybe Didi Hamman, Jamie Carragher and Sammi Hyppia as well.

Some other guys like Baros and maybe Le Tallec are improving all the time.

However, most of the others are simply not good enough at the moment, and I'm sick of hearing about "untouchables" who achieved this that and the other in 2001 and 2002.

I`d say 1-6-8-9-11-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24.

This means 8 new players : I`d say 2 in each part of the team, from goalie to strikers !

I counted 15 player's that could play, but a couple of them could be replaced with better player's.

I bet if we did the same thing with Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea that they would have 20 out of 25 players of good enough quality. In my opinion we have only 10/11 out of 25.

I counted 18 but alot of them were young players in development. we have too many not up to the job but that's not their fault Houllier has either purchased them or kept them.
