I suppose Mourinho was asked the question and in his mind he told an honest answer.  The reason for the back-to-the-wall approach was the simple fact that we scored after 3 minutes.  For the first 20 minutes we were all over them.  Mourinho would do well to remember that the game is about 11 players on the pitch and the defensive side of the game is every bit as important as the offensive.

I love Jaime Carragher's comments after the final whistle:

"Chelsea have bought great players and have an excellent manager, but you can't buy fans like ours," said Carragher.
"The most worrying part was the six minutes of injury-time, but I think the referee is a mate of Mourinho's and hecertainly gave them plenty of extra-time to get an equaliser," added Carragher.

LOL stick that up your @rse JM, stooge!

boys the milan he is strong in all the units but he suffers the very organized squares in defense you do not have to attack endured them: that is or marked endured or is better to try than to hit in contropiede

his team won nothing on the pitch, his comments won no sympathy or resonance, even amongst chelsea fans! honestly, a good load of chelsea fans were appalled by jm's antics... flop flop flop. if abranovich is thinking of building an empire, continuing with the mr. turn-off will be his greatest mistake. look for the get out clause vichy.

I do not wish bad to anybody, but I love seeing (1) arrogant guys losing, and (2) hard-working people succeeding. To know who is coach one, and who is coach two, ... I will just tell you that I loved what I saw last night. :buttrock

Rafa just looked like the top manager in the world. He looks smart, always clean shaven and well groomed, just about always suited up on a big match day. Maureen on the other hand is just a scruffy dingo. Un shaven, un washed, track suit tramp. Looks like he's just got outa bed!
