Silvestre is as aggresive as a timid sheep!

Do you saw the way he tackle baros until at one time we are only playing with 10 men. Baros have a cut from him .

I thin our defense looks pretty good. I would play JC at Right back
Sami and Pele at Centre back and John Arne Risse at Left back. All in all pretty impressive.

I agree with you but they are good but don't have the 'bite". They are toothless.

Carragher has planty of bite, Hypia and Pele are just plain classy performers.  You don't need to break someones legs to be a great defender.... If that is what you want we could throw Josemi on.

I would rather have composed defenders who just did the job rather than some thug running around with the chance of getting sent off and reducing the team to 10 men
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

how many times are we gonna have these threads?

"who will we buy?"

how are we supposed to know?

pointless thread.

everyone has their ideas about who we SHOULD buy, and this has been done to death. there's loads of players we've all discussed are good/great whatever.

asking who will we buy is pointless.  everyone's entitled to free speech as its a forum, but do we have to keep repeating ourselves all the time? its making the forum boring and as you can see people who used to post here alot who dont post much now.

stop thinking about getting your name all over the forum and post something worthwhile.
its not the chilli sauce on kebabs that give you ring-sting, its the actual meat. had one without chilli, and still had ring-sting. the chilli's only there to mask the nonsense they stuff inside that bread.

Its a worthless post, as you are trying to dictate to people who want threre point of view heard, which is what the forum is for.

too many people on this site want to be a moderator.

if you would have been here a few months ago, you would have seen how better this forum was.

it has gone sh*te since people have started caring more about their post count and credibilty, how much their name is on the screen etc etc.

Here, Here, well said Jim.

Reasons why forum has gone downhill;

-Too many alter egos
-Too many wannabe Moderators
-Too many pointless threads
-Too many cliques
-Too much arguing by the same people (boring)
-Too may threads as to why certain individuals have been banned and why (who gives a sh1t!!)

Just my opinion that is

Thankyou :D
