Its come to the stage where I cannot watch Liverpool anymore, there negative, boring, clueless, need I go on, and all this from a lifelong Liverpool supporter. I feel that Houllier has brought this team as far as he can, and its time for him to step down, we may win the League Cup under him, but the Premiership or European Cup, not a hope in #### matey. Goodbye Gerard, you are the weakest link

I agree with Bacon.

Smicer, Biscan and Traore just seem to be hangers on. They wouldn't make a division 1 side these days. yet Houllier seems to love them, especially Smicer. To see them on the bench yesterday together, i was unsure who was Houlliers number 2, thompson or Smicer.

Houllier now has to realise before our season crumbles completely and it he has to do it for Sundays game at Man City, because if we go out of the cup, we may as well just get rid of a load of players and build all over again for next season.

I have to agree on the Smicer and Biscan topic they both need to go, along with the likes of Berger.
Every time i get to see a Liverpool game i am becoming more and more annoyed with the inconsistancy they are showing, Murphy and Gerrard have one cracking game every 3 or four, KIRKLAND AND DUDEK ARE BOTH FANTASTIC KEEPERS and it must be hard for the boss to leave Dudek out. We need to bring Babel back into the action a.s.a.p, switch Carragher to the left and move Riise into the midfield and have hesky, owen and baros up front.

Things have not reached 'Crisis' point at Liverpool but all problems point to the management and the problems are not surprising. Creative midfielders McAlister and Redknapp were never replaced. Letting Litmanen, Fowler and Anelka go was a travesty and serious lack of judgement and to add this further, how did Houllier believe that siginings like Diao, Diouf, Diarra, Cheyrou, Kirkland were going to take us to the next level after our memorable Triple? They are all inexperienced players in terms of Preimiership football and none of them were deemed world class in their pervious teams either. Houllier took as to great heights then he threw us down again. He has to realise that this team is too young and too denfensive to win either the Premiership or the Champions league. Our squad is also full of internationals (like Diomede and Berger) who never get a game when the likes of Smicer and Heskey (who are awful) plays regulary. Houllier and Fans have to realise that we are suppose to be one of the top twenty club teams in the world and it is a fact that players like Heskey, Smicer, Diao, Carragher, Xavier etc would never get into the first team of other top twenty teams like Arsenal, Man Utd, Inter, Valencia, AC Milan and Barcelona. Are squad is too big and is full of over rated average players most of whom Houllier signed. Unlike Wenger who signs good players at reasonable prices and increases there value immensely, we sign players at high prices who are unproven and get no better in a Liverpool shirt. We use to have players which all the best teams coverted like Dalglish, Keegan, Rush, Souness, Clemence, Whelan, Barnes etc. Now, the only players we have others envy are Steven Gerrard, Sami Hyppia and Micheal Owen who is slowly being worn down with all the pressure we put on him to score. Other teams like Arsenal have a whole squad of players to envy like Pires, Henry, Viera, Campbell, Wiltord, Bergkamp, Lungberg and the pressure to score in the squad is completely shared. I am sick of our average team and the average managers we have had since Paisley, Shankly and Fagan. Only great players and managers should be associated with the Liverpool shirt. Man Utd and Arsenal have maintained this, so why not us?

Yeah right. Coming back from the brink of relegation more like.

Players like Kilbane, Carsley, Ferguson, Naysmith, Unsworth etc really have the rest of the Premiership quaking in its boots.

Blue noses should remember that as bad as the current Liverpool team is its still far superior to the Toffees.
