Midfield has been poor IMO. Game too big for Jones maybe, he'll probably be the first to come off. Defence has done ok, but goalkeeper should have done better for their goal.

Mane has done ok but the other two not so much. I'm not sure I like Minamino in the Firmino role, I think he might do better on the wing, and Origi should always play down the center. Wish they'd change places but I don't think Klopp agrees, he'd rather take one of them off than do that I think.

Whatever we do, I hope we do something, because we need to win this game.

Yes I agree about MF, as soon as Chelsea break they just cut through them.

Adrian is one of the better back up keepers that we’ve had but he should have saved that.

Fabinho picking up that yellow card cost us there.. He couldn't tactically foul Barkley because of it. All goes back to that foul on Mane that wasn't given.

Minamino has not been great today at all. What happened to the quick lad at Salzberg that pressed play like a maniac. I'm willing to give him time, but he's not been great since his debut.

The false number 9 role just doesn't suit him, I rather we played him on the wing.

Another awful performance. It looks like we're hitting our rough patch of the season.

I think our front 3 are running on fumes (hence Mo and Bobby getting a rest today). Minamino hasn't really settled in and Origi blows hot and cold when he starts. Hopefully we'll address some of this in the summer.

How much do the commentary wanna praise this very average Gilmore kid?

Frustrating night once again. I knew putting nothing but our first 11 out tonight was gonna be a bad night. Chelsea still have the players to turn up in big games, especially at home.
